Personal Business Philosophy
The real estate business is not about buying and selling properties; it’s all about people and their needs. I strive to give my clients the representation they deserve: outstanding service, integrity, communication and a genuine caring. The art of selling is listening.
As a Midwest native, I hold a degree in Business Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. I have had a chance to experience and appreciate several areas of the vast US and I have enjoyed them all. Washington is now my home, with all it has to offer. Knowing and understanding what an “out-of-state” buyer goes thru in searching for the “just right” home is something I can appreciate. On-going education and training as well as much research and attention to detail provide me the competitive edge to assist my clients in their real estate needs, while maintaining the utmost professional and ethical standards. I have recently attained the ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) certifications, giving me an edge up for any client I represent.
I have a passion for what I do: helping people with one of the biggest decisions in their lives! Home buying and selling can be stressful, but I try to “make change easy” by following-up and paying attention to the details for YOU! I am an Accreditted Buyer’s Representative (ABR) which gives me the tools to better assist my buyer clients to obtain the home of their dreams for the best price. I have also become a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), providing the buying or selling client the best in negotiation strategy based on transaction facts & data as well as client goals. I love my career!!
I am Washington “transplant” (Kansas Jayhawk), and I truly enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Music is in my soul: I love a good concert! I’m a lifetime member of Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority and Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity. I’m a past Eastlake HS Girls Basketball Booster Club officer and will always be a FAN. Go Eastlake Wolves!
