There’s the old saying ‘you only get one chance to make a first impression’. What first impression does your home indicate?   Is it one of welcoming; one of invitation to enter; one of cleanliness; one of careful, orchestrated planning; one of color & life?  When you enter a home, what catches your eye?  Well if you said “all of the above”, you’ve got it right!  Street appeal is key all the way down to the front door.  Let yours make a positive statement about you and your home…you’ll attract more buyers that will lead to that ultimate sale.  And speaking of ultimate sale, have you seen the stats for Eastside Seattle for June? Price is still key,  sales are up and inventory is down…When selling a home, first impressions ARE important, because without a good first impression, you’re just wishing for a buyer…your thoughts?
